Postman hoards thousands of letters in Germany



This article is talking about a lazy postman in Germany. In the daylight he had to work because of making his money and in the midnight, he had to study because of take a diploma. So it made him in a bad hardship. At last, he chose a foolish way to solve his hardship. The foolish way was to be a lazy postman. When he got a lot of letters in his company, he didn’t deliver the letters to the addressees and brought it home to abandon into a trash box. Of course, he was found out finally and was arrested to a jail.


After this article, I don’t dare to believe that he could do such thing. I think he should not do that, because it is an irresponsible behavior.

Maybe those letters were very important for some people. If people couldn’t receive his/her letter, they might be hurt by this event.

For example, if I sent a letter to my friend but he didn’t reply me. I must be unhappy whit him. But the truth is the lazy postman abandoning my letter. I think I would be very angry. (186words)

Chinese giant becomes world’s tallest dad



My Reactions:

It is good news for Chinese; the tallest man of the world is coming from China. His name called Bao, who stands 2.36m tall. He was confirmed the world’s tallest living man by the Guinness Book of world Reads in 2006.

Bao is a kind man and he always helps others. Once there were two dolphins that ate some garbage into the stomach at an aquarium in northeastern China. When he had known this event, he went to the aquarium immediately and he used his long arms to pull plastic rubbish from the stomachs of the dolphins. It had been a hero’s action, although he just helped the two dolphins.

And now he has just become a father and his baby named “Tianyou”. Tianyou is only slightly taller than the general Chinese babies. I think he would be a good father in the future days.

But I hope his baby would not be getting so tall, too. It will become a difficult thing for him to get marry with a girl for himself; If Tianyou is taller than his father in the future. (184words)

Who says penguins can’t fly?


Originally, it made me so surprised to finish reading the article topic "Who say penguins can’t fly?" Because I never thought the penguins can fly in the sky. Until I have finished all the content of this article. Finally I realized that the penguins could fly in the sky because they were in an airplane. Therefore, the penguins can’t fly in the sky by themselves.

Actually, this article is talking about the poor penguins which were washed up on a Brazil beach by a flow of warm water. At last, the kind environmentalists took them back to their frigid home in South Pole by airplane. The penguins were fitted with bands on their flippers to determine the success of the rehabilitation and then were released into the ice ocean. I am moved deep in my heart about this a good deed of the environmentalists. I think that the penguins would be very happy to come back their hometown meeting their parents or friends or children.
So I hope they will have a good day after this bad event. (185 words)

Japanese aquarium puts dolphins on weight-loss plan

My Reactions:
The article of Taipei Times is talking about some fat dolphins. That dolphins were getting fat so that they had some difficulties to perform their water tricks, therefore, the audiences who want to watch the performance of the aquarium had been less interested. So the Japanese zookeeper of the aquarium decided to conduct a dietary plan for them.

People always say “Hey man, you should keep fit” but I had never head “Dolphins, you have to be on a diet”. I am very surprised and interested about the article. I understood that too fast is not good for human or animal. It will bring us so many inconveniences in our daily life and also bring the illness to us when we are in an old age. I agree being on a diet is good for us, but don’t forget to take exercise, for it is also important.

I hope the zookeeper of the aquarium can also use other way besides being on a diet to the dolphins. Because I think it will be better for the dolphins. (200 words)
